Introducing Phase II — "The Build"
This plan continues the momentum from Phase I ("The Cut") and elevates both intensity and intentionality. Phase II runs from May 13 - June 13. This is a 5 week progressive fitness and nutrition program focused on fat loss, strength building, and sustainable physical and mental habits.
This program will help you:
🌟 Burn fat and sculpt your body (Gym access required)
🌟 Declutter your mind and environment
🌟 Spring clean your diet
This program is about more than just fitness — it’s about embracing who you are while making positive changes that last.
Program Overview:
✅ Workouts: 4x a week
✅ ZOOM workout: 3 Sessions MWF
✅ Daily Cardio Assignment: 7 days a week
✅ Strict Nutrition Plan: Calorie deficit, Whole Foods based.
✅ Mindfulness Practices: Journaling, meditation, and stress relief
This program isn't just about losing weight -- it's about continuing to build on to those health habits and step into your most confident self.
