This 5-week summer program is built for women ready to get lean, confident, and energized. With 4 structured workouts a week including weightlifting, cardio, and body-sculpting movement, you’ll stay in a calorie deficit and melt away excess weight while preserving strength. 😎 Plus, enjoy summer-approved self-care like fruit-forward mocktails, outdoor walk challenges, and healthy cookout swaps — because you can lose inches and still have fun! Summer Shred runs from June 25th - July 25th . This plan incorporates strength-based workouts, cardio, supportive nutrition, and fun lifestyle elements.

Program Overview:
✅ Workouts: 4x a week (1 in-person day a week)
✅ ZOOM workout: 3 Sessions MWF
✅ “Summer Fun” cardio ideas
✅ Nutrition guidance: Calorie deficit, smoothie recipes, mocktail options, and healthy "cookout” swaps
✅ Mindfulness Practices: Journaling, meditation, and stress relief
