This 5-week wellness program isThe Fall Reset Program is designed to help you build consistency, boost energy, and create sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. Includes 4 workouts/week, Guided wellness tools, Mindset + movement support. Whether virtual or hybrid, we move with love, not pressure. Program runs from September 22nd - October 24th
This wellness program was created in an aim to enhance the physical, emotional, and mental health of the women in our community.

Program Overview:
✅ Workouts: 4x a week (1 in-person day a week)
✅ ZOOM workout: 3 Sessions MWF
✅ Daily motivation & affirmations
✅ Wellness grocery + supplement guide
✅ Mindfulness Practices: Journaling, meditation, and reading suggestions
