Introducing Phase I — "The Cut"
Spring is a season of renewal, and "The CUT" is your chance to reset, refresh, and realign. Phase I runs from April 2nd -May 2nd. This is a 5 week structured plan focused on fat loss, strength, and holistic wellness, designed to help women shed excess weight, clear mental clutter, and refresh their wellbeing.
This program will help you:
🌟 Burn fat and sculpt your body (Gym access required)
🌟 Declutter your mind and environment
🌟 Spring clean your diet
This program is about more than just fitness — it’s about embracing who you are while making positive changes that last.
Program Overview:
✅ Workouts: 4x a week
✅ ZOOM workout: 3 Sessions MWF
✅ Daily Walks: 1 hour, 7 days a week
✅ Strict Nutrition Plan: Calorie deficit, Whole Foods based.
✅ Mindfulness Practices: Journaling, meditation, and stress relief
This program isn't just about losing weight -- it's about cutting away no longer serves you and stepping into your most confident self.
