WHAT IS IT?
These group sessions offer a variety of fitness options like cardio, strength/weight training, stretching, HIIT and occasional meet-ups for locals gals. I will guide you through each workout, providing instruction and motivation to help you achieve your health goals.
Attendance in class is not required but it is strongly suggested to achieve maximum results. You have the option to work out on your own time, and at your own pace since the workouts are provided directly to you each week. You can join the LIVE ZOOM to or you have the option to complete on your own.
